David,

Let 'er slide bud, I paid 1 5/16 for my LUNN = about 13.00 APTX. If she goes to 10, yahoo same as LUNN at a buck and if TPG does not make earnings....more shares..? OK. Long term OK. Short? Not me...Shorts looking to drive price lower...you bet....I like it. I can wait.

Regards (no attack Dave, just yaking)

Ken W

David, The report at sec.gov
0000894579-97000161.txt states significant '97 vs.'96 contracts
in the TPG section, pp.45 and after.

I haven't found a news site yet presenting an accurate(compre-
hensive) abstract of this merger, which is one side of this
story. Would a company have requalify for gov. contracts with
an entity change?
