Who would a rational person regard as a "delusional idiot"?

a. a man who simply requests identification (Berg)

b. a man who spends millions of dollars in court to legally conceal all records of his identification (Obama)

Where is the BC? The Gov. of HI, Abercrombie couldnt find it. Neither could Tim Adams who worked in the Archives in HI. Neither could any of his colleages. Show me the BC.
