It probably is. I bought within pennies of the top and took my substantial losses yesterday -- and to add insult to injury they charged me 2% for the honor of taking that loss. I'm staying away from anything Russian from now on.

This is a long-term hold. I believe we are just at the beginning stages of incredible growth and prosperity in Russia. There will bumps, dips and mini-crashes along the way. But I doubt trying to time the Russian market is a wise investment strategy
