I agree with you ... To be honest I kind of expected the stock price to return to 3 before earnings as last quarter did (after)... short term this doesn't help the share price will be choppy.. but good for trading. Long term IF they use this wisely as stated for aquisitions maybe their will be some good. Still in my estimation this isn't an earnings story yet... Not even had this quarter been somewhat above expectations... until the upgrade cycle begins it won't matter either way. And this many shares won't hurt when it begins... I do however hope their is a REASON for this... maybe an answer will follow.
