Thanks Dave for your excellent response,it really gets me up to date.A takeover by LRCX would really make sense for both TRKN and LRCX but my worry is wondering if Greg is the type of guy who just doesn't want to surrender up the company because he might have a go it alone mindset.I hope he doesn't,however,and actually takes action to get them and LRCX together.Thanks,Max Off-topic--Zeev I am actually hoping that this bloodshed gets worse at least in terms of AMD--I bought 200shares at 41 and it is now (YIKE!)19&1/2--I am now hoping it hits 15 or lower and go in for 400shares because if it isn't at least 26 6months from now I will voluntarily get myself a brain transplant.Max
