As I said buying the entire state of California for a total of $50K is the steal of the century, and I am most confident if an earth quake of magnitude 20 or greater hits California (god forbids), you can buy all of Los Altos Hills in Silicon Valley for probably $10K, and the rest of the state for about $40K!!. California has seen big earth quakes, and it would be absolutely ridiculous to say that we will NOTsee a magnitude 20+ earthquake tomorrow in CA, but the chances are it is highly improbabale! At least I hope it does not happen because I do live and work in Silicon Valley!! ASND with a P/E of 8, or SUNW with a P/E of 8 or INTC with a P/E of 8 will be great buys. Is it impossible to see them at these P/Es? The answer is No, but highly improbabale! Regards, Addi Jamshidi
