I think the vendors know what they have but that deposit is tied up in 3 different private corporate entities. Paw is the consolidator and facilitator for unlocking the value, accessing public markets and going straight to production. Without Paw or another such company, the deposit probably sits going nowhere. Plus private cos getting good cash and a huge chunk of shares. I'll stick with; they were afraid of the time line for assays vs getting the deal closed which has been going on for 6 months!!!!
