The slides below from the FDA generics division indicates that a "minor deficiency" descriptor would happen in a "Not Approvable Letter" with 60 days response. The mode of potential failure in the application process would be labeling and/or bio-inequivalence. Am I reading these slides correctly?

Last Friday, I sold FEB 13 puts. Yesterday, I sold FED 19 and 20 CCs and 14 puts. I expected a blood bath this morning on the puts. Interestingly, 13 puts premiums shrunk, 14 puts premiums up about 20 cents from my sales price. Something tells me this is the inverse of the Goldman Sachs flash in the pan.
