Marc, I have been through what you went through many times. You have to trade with the market trend. You went against it. You should have been short most of the day.Watch the $ndx chart. Do not go long if that chart is trending down. We are in a bear market or at least a major correction. When the market was oing up there was usually buying in the afternoon. In this marketthere is usualy selling.
