I'm guessing he got a grant or scholarship that was restricted to foreign students and somewhere there is a form that has him declaring himself to be something other than a US Citizen. I suspect he is a US citizen but this "declaration of non-citizenship" used to qualify for the college assistance would prove too politically humiliating for him. I just can't buy into the "non-citizen" speculation. Pat

Yes, lol We said that it could have been done in the past. remember there were no copy machines back then and the bankers were trusted to review the document and sign a form stating such. I have little doubt Obama's Grandmother's name was on the original. When he returned from Asia, he may have no longer possessed the number and reapplied in another name like Soeto. It would have been quite simple. Remember, he didn't go she his Grandmother as she was dying, but didn't waste a minute to go and "clean" her possessions. Like the picture of the Medicine Man holding little Barack in front of the straw hut with the elephant triumphantly raising on two legs to trumpet the newly born's arrival in the tribe. Sick huh? ;^) Well, it could have happened.

This appears to be proof positive of Obama's Kenyan Birth. In this picture the Witchdoctor refused to allow his head in the frame. Something to do with tribal politics and birth. Here is the very same man just prior to the birth. It is the very same man. The shot of the Witchdoctor with face displays the uncanny tribal resemblances. None of the above photos have been photoshopped! Below is a fraudulant photo that was obviously toyed with. Don't fall for this type of cheap trickery.
