BTW I think in the article I posted to you.....apparently, recovery in FLA is taking so long is because in migration into the state continues to slow. It seems snowbirds are not flocking there as much as they did in the past for whatever reason. I've always thought when I retire keep a place in Florida and get a summer place north. It's been so cold I'm thinking get a summer place south and winter here. (but actually been so hot here in the summer there is no good solution. Maybe 3 places, Florida spring and fall then north and south for summer winter. Migratory human.
