Yes, the delivery was a little stiff, but it was a positive impression on a negative subject.

Disagree with you on that. The rebutters always are at a disadvantage to the Pres. The pres has a live audience of enablers to punctuate his points. The rebutter speaks into a dead camera. The Pres speaks from the must exalted podium in the world. The rebutter sits in a chair in a library.

Still, I think Ryan did a good job.
