housing is so local but the bubble of 2002-07 took many areas well beyond what they should be worth based on incomes, rental rates and replacement costs..there are incredible values all over right now due to low prices, very low interest rates and now high rents while many other areas seem to still be way overpriced that make no sense to purchase or still own..always has been my view

check the huge fast growing Atlanta area few talk about anywhere one of the best values and see how many 4/2/2 large newer homes are out there under $100k
