Hi Elmat, On the Mr. Schmidt goes to Washington theme, at the behest of ftth I read the FCC Notice of Inquiry entitled, "Promoting More Efficient Use of Spectrum Through Dynamic Spectrum Use Technologies." As I knew going in, it was a waste of time. Google wants the database for a "real-time dynamic auction mechanism" of the radio spectrum. Wally wants to create a trading market. The FCC is following the same line of tired thinking. Schmidt as the uber-technocrat. All pretty boring really. :)
