More importantly, however, the reform bill was sold to Americans on the basis that it was a cost cutting measure, NOT merely to insure more people. Remember? No...i don't remember that AT ALL. The measure was enacted on the basis of health care for all. But that's besides the point made by the knucklehead who wrote the article Tim posted...the bill was certainly not enacted to merely cut 10B from the budget, as he idiotically suggests. Al
