Jon: I was into the "Hell in a handbasket, Throw it all away!" type scenerio after the close today also, but just in the last little while my attatude has changed...Thinking that this whole deal is getting overdone.

First of all, I could be easily wrong, but just in the last bit Creative turned around on the SES from being down to being up and the Hong Kong market isn't down that much either...Not sure about Japan, but it just seems, especially with the Tech stocks, that they have already crashed, like Coms, Sunw, Bay, Lsi, Txn, etc.

Maybe I'm just trying to make myself feel better, but it just seems overdone. I agree that if tomorrow is bad at the opening, then it will get better by the close! Hopefully anyway!

Where's Taxi and Power Ranger!

Thanks for the reponse Jon. I don't think you'll have any problem holding those funds in your 401K. I've been in the Merrill Growth and Seligman C&I myself in my personal account. Good funds. Right now my 403B is all in the Fidelity Aggressive Growth, which I switched into in April. It's doing ok in this tough market, so I'm riding it out.

My broker is fond of telling me that the time to sell is when you see the Bull on the cover of Time Magazine and everyone is singing "Happy Days". That's a sure sign of a top. Well, it should also work in reverse. When everyone is digging bomb shelters, that's when the war is over. It's seems like the thing the market is best at is confounding the most people at any one time.

It really is neat to glance at that chart of the SI bull/bear survey vs. their Tech 120 index. It's amazing how well it's called the tops as well as the bottoms. Just hope it isn't "different this time". :^)
