Mang Cheng, Eric is indeed stupid. Otherwise, he will figure out a way to put together a number like 1,2,3. Most silicon valley CEO has the vision he has. His first mistake is to target CISCO. He should manage his own business make COMS financially healthy. If COMS stock drop like this, all of COMS talent will jump ship. Think about it, who will want to be a employee of a sinking company. No network company wants to merge with a company in such a bad shape. CISCO is the only one that can save COMS. Unfortunately I do not think so. Eric is the problem. I hope COMS board realize that.
