This suit is all about making bad PR for a company with deep pockets .... the lawyers, make that ambulance chasers, want a settlement to make it go away. If you've ever eaten at Taco Bell, in theory you're these guys client:

Ted, I seriously hope this was a misquote:

If a fact is "completely inaccurate," doesn't it cease to be a "fact"?


The ALA firm thinks they are lying and continues to press with its lawsuit. Time will tell whose telling the truth.
