My conversation with Morgan was a few weeks before the posting of the plant number. From my conversation with Mr. Morgan about income and contracts, I knew that business wasn't near good enough for all three plants to be running. It would not surprise me if the others weren't running consistently either. The Palco deal is a lot more important than I think a lot of people realize and I believe Palco knows it. However with the merger to RMCW this deal is not as important but still significant. To answer your question I did not specifically ask him about the plants, because at the time the merger had just been announced and I came to the conclusion that this merger was likely a survival deal. Gary appears to be pulling a rabbit out of the hat. (I mean this in a good way). Sincerely, Hraka
