I shouldn't make any comment on the funds. There hasn't been any announcement, and I simply won't believe anything until it is announced and filed.............but since you ask.

I'm not sure the cash infusion, as it is described will help the AMEX situation, particularly as I believe the $14 million is not an asset which they could realistically lay claim for filing purposes.

(I see that the 6 million additional shares would now be rescinded if the $14 million doesn't make it. That would be good news.)

But if this is some kind of convertible bond deal, I'd look very closely at it. If it was an offshore Reg-S deal, I'd run for the hills, only because I don't ever think I've seen one that was investor friendly.

Nobody loans that kind of money without getting something other than 7.25% from a company with this kind of credit quality and potential debt coverage IMHO. You can buy better junk paper and get a lot more than 7.25%.
