Loren,

As far as you TA goes, how much does it take into consideration that the market has been in a tailspin for the past couple of weeks caused in effect by the Far East and noting that NO ONE predicted it what was going to happen. Sandisk's fundamentals haven't changed and probably got stronger with the MMC announcement. So tell me what gives? While I'm not an analyst, I still believe that any TA done over the past few weeks probably doesn't hold water unless you TA predicted the sell-off we had here and in the Far East. As far as whether you should buy or not buy this stock, I get the impression your here more in a role to stem fear and take advantage of the recent market behaviour.

Please give some meat to support your predictions not hearsay.

Mauro.

Loren, please continue with your TA. As much as I like to buy stocks based strictly on fundamentals, I found out that sometimes I cannot ignore TA. Too many people follow its prediction and it will become reality.

Loren,

I second Mike's wishes for you to stay on the thread. It is common for one good investor to own a stock while another good investor is short the same stock, provided their investing style is different.

If you make money following your TA, then great. I have heard that MACD is a great tool. It is good to hear the TA if you have already decided to buy the stock but haven't yet pulled the trigger.

So tell me when I should buy more. I am a long term fundamental player.

Loren, don't be scared by Mauro. Please feel free to post again your TA on the thread. In fact, I asked in a prior post whether there was any TA specialist...and here you are : thank you.

I agree with Rex and Mike that we are interested in TA. It's useful to get an idea of short-term trends. I wouldn't have bought more last week had I known about the drop. Anyway I'm here long-term like many people here.

Please forgive Mauro, he's a very dedicated SNDK fan (he's certainly more than that!) and he takes it very seriously. He's a very active member who brings a lot of positives. He just sometimes forgets to take some distance from the harsh reality of Wall Street.

Rex and Mike, very informative posts lately don't you agree?
