Thanks for that feedback. Here's my info from Midas: As of October 1, 1997, no position in BCMD. Numbers beyond that were not available, and they were unwilling to find out. Obviously, someone there knows what they have invested in since October 1st. Website is www.midasfund.com. Phone number is 18885033863. Not REAL useful, but may add to your knowledge base. There is an article from last year there. They also list several funds invested in gold/mining stocks(Benham, lexington, USAA, Vanguard, Scudder, Invesco, and United Services). Two of them, I have already called for prospectus, but if it is not up-to-date with Oct-Nov numbers, it will be useless, too. Listed several companies they held last year-AAU.AL(Armada), ___(Fairmile), GMH.AL(Glenmore Highlands), GQM.TO(Golden Queen), GXP.TO(Goldstake Exploration), and MAR.M(Minorca resources). BCMD would fit into this group, so I cannot see whyMidas would not be in BCMD while flying high right now. Much more bearish... I contacted the broker I wanted to originally who was supposedly accumulating. Not so. He bought around .50 and made nice profits. He is not buying now. Just holding. Bought on the phenomenon and admits he was VERY lucky. 1. Gold. Must go deeper to get it. Couldn't tell me if they had something or not("anything is possible"). Though, to answer a question from before. It is completely legal to visit the site, see it in the rocks, AND to watch the extraction and reformation of the gold. This tells me that if a JV comes on, they most likely have seen the process and know production "numbers" way before we do. THIS tells me that if a JV comes on, they know what BCMD has been doing and what gold has been found as of right NOW. 2. JV partner. Possibly. Who knows. He has heard the talk forever about the JV. Certainly could use the cash, but they lose 50% of the profits to the JV. Knows nothing about JVs being interested in the past. 3. PR. Felt Lionel was penny stock-hypish. 4. CR. Never heard of them. Sounded neat when you see Hong Kong and Geneva on title page, then you see at the bottom, Boca Raton. Couldn't comment on their credibility. 5. Stock price. Who knows. Overall impression: Broker who was reluctant to tell me everything. I think he knew more than he was telling me. Many possibilities why. Believes that this stock has two avenues. Prove you have gold or die. This is obvious, again. Like last broker, it's a penny stock, and has no revenues right now, yet the stock rises on one press release. It is the typical time of stock life when it is just being born. Either it has life and continues for another quarter with a rising stock price, or it crawls back into its roach motel at .06 and stays there till another opportunity comes along. He isn't buying. Spoke to PR yesterday. Confirms extension request would be likely for reporting end of quarter(Q1). Not affected by weather yet. Usually bad weather is problem Jan-Mar. Confirms institutional holdings exist, but can't give out numbers, names. In Pillar four now. Will be updated on production status in coming weeks(take this to mean, that we will hear something before end of quarter). Still feels good that JV talks are at end of process. Anticipation for these releases will be forthcoming. PR does not actively promote stock, but updates brokers who follow it(isn't that promoting?). Cambridge numbers reflect BCMD's projections, so they are not CR's. Thinks November will be memorable. Only 18 days left. Welcomes anyone to mine for tour, chips and beer. Did not comment on 150/oz, but did say anything over .3oz.gold/ton IS profitable. JV money would give life for atleast couple years assumning NO, nada, zero gold found. No litigation outstanding. JV cash would pay off bills. Union paper did print retraction. Think that's it. I have no more research to do for now. All signs telling me that this is a penny stock. Highly speculative. Movement will occur in announcements of "first" production report and JV. Beyond that, it depends on what BCMD can do with the cash, and how quickly they can do it. Look for spike around 2-3 conservatively. Anything higher would require major news. Major is open to debate. No buying now. Hold or sell % of profits. If in it, don't have much, but watch it closely. Let's see what happens. Miller
