Interesting Krugman blog entry.


So the story on commodity prices is somewhat different from the story during the last spike


My take is that Krugman is slowly capitulating on his dire warnings of coming deflation - if we didn't stimulate more. Kind of a convoluted explanation he drags out, but one thing is clear - at least now - prices are going up not down. Do we rely on history; which has always forecast rising prices when you print too much money to solve problems?
