Exact same thing happened to Oak Tech (OAKT) last year. OAKT stuffed channels with inventory for a few quarters before the game fell apart. Insiders sold off their shares, sales/eps plunged, and lawsuits were aplenty. OAKT shares dropped from mid 20's to 5 5/8 at the bottom. Today, OAKT is still around, albeit humbled, and profitable again.

If word leaks out that Gary Johnson and some board member will be gone soon, I'll bet we are near bottom here at $6. With better management and a lower cost structure S3 will survive and prosper. Otherwise under Gary Johnson we are headed to $2-4 and eventually lower.

Under Gary Johnson this company is losing money, losing market share, losing engineering talent, facing lawsuits, insider trading, ... The market cap going forward of this company under Gary Johnson is well, not much imo, certainly not the current 300M.
