Edit - Preferences - Navigator starts with blank page

Communicator - History - View - Date, Site, by Visit count, Ascending,
Descending, ...etc

IE4 might be better than Communicator, however that is moot to me. I cannot run it on my NT 4.0 system. When I try to download it, it complains that I need "Patch Level 3 for NT". However, when I find a link on MSFT's web pages to download the patch, I get a message telling me that the link is bogus!!! I then filled out a form on MSFT's site asking for help, but they have ignored me.
