Scott, Have to admit, hard to tell if you were being sarcastic or not in the early part of your post. Mind telling me, point blank?

I don't believe this is true. If a law is violated, people get convicted, even for shoplifting small items. But in any case Cowpland sold $20 million in stock, which then lost half its value. That is substantial enough I am sure.

Go to the government to get a solution?

I must have misread your point there.

In any case, if it helps the suit make more sense to you, yes, it probably will be filed in Canada.

As for stock price appreciation bringing justice, no, I don't think so. That would help only those who still hold Corel shares. It would not make anyone pay for their apparent wrongdoings. And it also focuses too much on the money side of things, which I have said all along, is not the main issue here anymore.
