Meaningless. That has nothing to do with the Arab Muslims. about as much as Turkey does. You're kidding, right? Israel is Jewish; Turkey Muslim. Israel is a symbol of the hated colonization of the ME by Western powers. Israel doesn't allow its Arab citizens the same freedoms as its Jewish citizens. Israel is colonizing the West Bank and Gaza, home to Palestinian Arabs. Turkey is a symbol of a successful Muslim democracy with ties to both the West and East. It can be a template for Arab/Muslim democracies throughout the ME.
