Former Governor George Allen lost by very few votes. The tide has shifted in Virginia as witnessed by the Republicans taking the top three leadership positions in Virginia----Governor, Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General.

These victories took place refuting the narrow margin of Obama's election in Virginia in 2008.

Both Senators James Webb and Mark Warner are vulnerable---Webb is perhaps the most vulnerable.

Virginians are ready to elect Republicans to these seats.

My bet is on Allen----he was an excellent Governor. And, yes he can win the general election. Having gone through the
campaign mill before against Webb----he knows Webb's vulnerable spots.

All the best to Allen-----mj
