So when is the lawsuit scheduled that will make the April new release the truth instead of the lie that it is. The one where we get a "judicial determination that statements were untrue."

I would imagine that after the market votes upon release of the BD/Bateman report, the judge may dismiss the lawsuit because of the lack of any proof of harm against IPM. After all, when the share price is $20, it is going to be hard to say that Cogburn's comments did "harm" to IPM.

On the other hand, I could see a real potential for a class action suit against AZDOM and Cogburn. The class being shareholders who were scared into selling because of Cogburn's ignorant comments. Think of all the money those folks will be losing.
