Your vulgar language aside, you think US taxpayers need to be on the hook for "humanitarian aid" to every country that has rioters in the street? No, and I am not sure it is warranted here as they probably have plenty to eat and drink. Perhaps in the form of medical aide, but even then I don't know if the government is to blame. But if warranted, yes, but only if the government match what is given by charity. That way there is no additional graft, only what others are willing to give, will the government give.
