This may come as NEWS to you (sorry if it does) but only the US Supreme Court gets the final word on constitutionality of any law. And, down in the lower RANKS OF FEDERAL JUDGES, we have 2 Federal Judges thus far who have ruled it's constitutional, 1 Judge who ruled the entire thing unconstitutional, and 1 judge who ruled just the insurance mandate unconstitutional and the rest unchallenged. But it ain't even been heard by the first federal Appeals Court yet! LOL!
