That ruling should get this case (Obama Care) up to the Supreme Court pronto.

The administration will appeal, but according to this ruling, the efforts to implement the law should immediately cease. They can and should be considered in contempt of the court's ruling if they don't.

I believe this ruling gives every one of us "standing" now. Could be time to go short HRB. A lot of 1099's and other tax paperwork are going to be disappearing.
