Excellent points, Bill. I hope you're right.

I fear the radicals will attempt to argue that the precedent for the Obamacare mandate is the requirement for working citizens to "buy" Social Security and Medicare (via payroll taxes).

Normal thinkers will see the illogic in such an analogy, but will the left-wing justices?

I completely agree, they will argue very strange possible anecdotes like the Commerce Clause is already so stretched that the Govt could feasibly regulate sex in marriage as that has an effect on the suppy and demand for Prostitution as an item of Commerce.
