I too am upset with the delay in financials, but that's what I get for playing with a BB stock (which I don't make a habit of). Let's make this short and simple, since it's obvious that we're on different sides of the fence - I am long. I have certs. I am aware that this is a very risky play. I am willing to lose all that I have invested here as it is only my play money. I believe that many others here feel the same way. So I either ride this to heaven or ride it to hell. So whats the point. I wish you good luck. If you can show me a criminal background on Morgan, evidence that the upcoming financaing is Reg S, or that there is absolutely no short position larger than 100,000 shares, then I will consider selling and be very grateful to you.
