It hasn't done so in the last 20 years, so I doubt it will now, but it certainly bears close watching.

FWIW, the energy companies operating in the south away from the cities seem to be operating as normal. I also just heard an interview with a Canadian teacher living 20 minutes away from the Central square who said that in many ways you wouldn't even know this is going on, no signs of violence or looting or protest.
