Analog Kid,

I agree that to an extent ASND's current share price is due in part as a result of ASND mngt. mishandling analysts and Wallstreet. Schneider's bullish comments on 7/29 followed by 8K on 8/11 hurt far beyond what the co. or its shareholders anticipated.

I am not qualified if Ejabat & co, are qualified to take ASND to the next level, however, I am very comfortable with Ashby (CFO) coming in and stating a position of confidence with respect to the analyst's numbers on his third day on the job. I have nibbled away at a few more shares @ $23.25 to the extent possible (I sold my remaining COMS Mon @ $39 and bought ASND....really). IMHO the upside (ASND)@ $23 far outweighs any downside risk by a landslide.

As far as the technical issues re: ASND vs. CSCO, review recent press
releases and posts from Maverick on "ASND News Only Thread". I think you'll find that ASND is very capable and then some of holding its own
against CSCO.

Regards,

Larry
