It took your buddy to put a fork in this board for good. He and anyone like him are the biased ones.. But hey better late than never Patron opened a more uplifting moderated board geared towards 'positive' opportunities in RE going forward...lol

Until 2004 when I had enough of what the new version of the GOP was doing the only Dem I had ever voted for was Bill Clinton. I don't even like South Florida at all and am probably a moderate progressive libertarian these days....lol Tampa, Denver or Chicago would be more my speed... A true capitalist at heart, never expects anything from the government and very spiritual does that sound like 'conservative' talk?

The tea party now actually might be a good thing in helping us get the deficit under control in divided government. But even notice 'liberal' Cuomo in NY taking drastic steps. I think timing is everything it would have been a total disaster and outright depression IMHO if the tea party had a lot of power during the dark days of 2008-09
