The Bible part wouldn't only run afoul of the fact that the constitution doesn't give the feds this power (the same problem that PPACA runs in to), but also "establishment of religion".

The gun idea OTOH... If PPACA was constitutional there wouldn't be any reason for a gun mandate not to be.
