Hi Herb.: Its' a hope but here's a real review on AAPL's G 3 's Ziff Davis writes favorably at : zdnet.com The departure of 2 LOTUS sales executives with channel experience from IBM's Enterprise software subsidary to undisclosed opportunities is interesting . The PowerPC is IBM's baby and is in every IBM product except its PC . Senor Jobs on 11/10/97 affirmed AAPL's AIM (AAPL/IBM/MOT) partnership is well . AAPL had 2 sales zecks depart (Steved ?) a few weeks back and for the above synergies can't help but wish the LOTUS folks land at AAPL . Don't want to speculate but certainly can hope . Ziff Davis's G 3 review is encouraging and at $2,000 is competitively priced . Jim K.
