Buck and all, Here is a reply from Jean Krahulec Marketing Manager. I sent the E-MAIL to Chris Pearson of IDX. Maybe Fingerscan doesn't talk to IDX... Identix manufactures two types of scanners: one is for tenprint records, primarily used in law enforcement or applicant printing; the other is a single-finger imager used for applications, including physical access control, computer data base access control, and time & attendance. I am sorry to say that I am unaware of the press release you mentioned or of a Fujitsu/Identix product. Generally our resellers use our scanners and add value by offering the complete solution to the end user. Please refer to our web site, www.identix.com, for more information.
