GW, I did just that. Saw AMAT dip below 30 yesterday and jumped in this morning at 30 even. Been waiting a long time to own a piece of AMAT and believe it to be a tremendous bargain at price I paid. Thinking of the way Wall Street has treated AMAT on it's recent past earnings reports with a huge upside movement as they beat estimate.
I believe AMAT is a portfolio core holding like INTC, CSCO, IBM, CPQ, and I'm thrilled to get it at what I believe is a bargain. We shall see. Looking for AMAT to be in the 60-80 range next summer! Only one man's opinion.
