TC: It doesn't matter..once it's posted here..it cannot be considered inside information, I believe.
It's now public. As long as he didn't trade on it before he posted it here..what's the difference?
And if he did..(which would be impossible, since I think he learned it after the markets were closed)..it would be on him..Not anyone else.. Am I right? al

I questioned it, asked smartin why the info wasn't being tagged as insider also. I think everyone was having too much fun with Mawork1. I must say I've always been curious what constitutes "pre-release" info. I was hoping to ask Michael if there is a definition. Obviously a company shouldn't tell someone calling that they are about to close a deal and be bought out for x dollars a share. Other than that, I'm not sure where the line is. I've had other companies divulge information that was later released in a press release. Sales were good for the previous month, etc. I would assume earnings release would be taboo, but not positive. Will pin down Michae when he's free. Michael was quite hot about it the other night, but not last night.
