If he faked the data Assumes facts not in evidence. If he faked the data, why do you think others haven't. Because they are not him. Any evidence of sloppiness, or even (as you allege without any real evidence) fraud, on his part is evidence against him, not against anyone else. Your statement is like a prosecuting one guy because another guy committed murder. After all if the 2nd committed murder, who's to say the first did not. Its a really bizarre type of argument.
