The second part is easy: lots of traders, even more pumpers and dumpers, not many long-term (two days is long term haha ;))) holders.

The first part is harder. Most likely the structure was set up due to control and/or financial reporting (taxation?) reasons. Most likely it is not friendly for small shareholders such as me and you.

Obviously if the structure was simple, if there was no questions about super-low GA and accusations of fraud, the stock would be much higher. So then the question turns around: should we buy a stock at a discount in a company that has weirdo structure plus unanswered questions about financials? Or is the discount not yet good enough? Or maybe stock in such company should not be bought at any price due to uncertainty.
