I think you are right al. I also think that lawyers are going to have to find another line (given this new internet environment) if they expect to stay in business.

That said, I know that in my company, if I (or the CEO, for that matter) were to post this kind of information on SI before a formal press release, I (he) would be fired. Is the law different for BB stocks?? I doubt it....the courts will ultimately settle it though...if anyone brings it to that.
