Some of my favorite restaurants were graded as 'B'. We talked to the proprietors of one of them and they mentioned how the inspectors dinged them for little things like keeping the soy sauce at a few degrees above regulation. To be sure, these places would never be mistaken for five-star celebrity hangouts. But some of the best ethnic food can be found in holes-in-the-wall. You seem to have some serious phobia issues, by the way. Yes, I do. I don't like cockroaches and vermin like rats. My bad.
