Yes, Islamists Are Coming Through Mexico
Said Jaziri was seen getting in the trunk of a smuggler's car by bystanders, captured only by luck and their patriotism.

When chaos reigns supreme in a nation that shares an almost two-thousand mile border with the United States, and that border is not protected to the extent it should be, undesirable elements sneaking their way from Mexico into the U.S. becomes the rule instead of the exception. We have all been made aware of the drug shipments that come into the U.S. through the porous and undermanned Mexican border, and we all know of the steady stream of Mexicans that for decades have snuck through looking for a better life in the U.S. for themselves and their families back in Mexico. However, it is next to impossible to tell who else comes across the U.S./Mexico border until they are apprehended, or worse.

On January 11, U.S. Border Patrol agents pulled over a BMW near the Golden Acorn Casino, 50 miles east of San Diego, California. The vehicle was driven by Kenneth R. Lawler. Border Patrol agents found Lawler had tucked away in the trunk of his car a souvenir of sorts from Mexico: a radical Muslim cleric by the name of Said Jaziri.

Lawler was arrested and is being held on charges of alien smuggling, while Jaziri is being held for illegally entering the country as well as being a material witness to the crime.

The capture of Jaziri reopens the book on this radical Muslim cleric who fought his eventual deportation from Canada in 2007, when he applied for refugee status but failed to disclose a criminal conviction in France during the 1990s. While in Quebec, he advocated for Sharia law in Canada while demanding the government fund the construction of a $20-million mosque. He organized and led protests in Canada against the Danish cartoons that depicted Mohammad, and boasted of converting one Canadian woman a week to Islam while proclaiming homosexuality to be a disease.

During his deportation hearings, the Tunisian native argued he would be tortured back home if deported, yet he found a way to survive in Tunisia after he was sent back there. It took him a few years to make his way back to North America on a journey that took him from Africa to Europe, and then to Central America and Mexico, where he paid Tijuana smugglers $5,000 to sneak him across the border.

Like so many other immigrants that make their way across our southern frontier, Jaziri took advantage of the huge holes that currently exist at the border. The difference, however, is that Jaziri is a radical Muslim extremist and not the typical immigrant looking for a better life in America. If it were not for the watchful eyes of firefighters who witnessed Jaziri get into the trunk of the car and alerted the Border Patrol, he most likely would still be wandering free in this country.

The 9/11 Commission Report warned of terrorists entering the U.S. clandestinely through the Mexican border as well as the Canadian border, and called for heightened border security to combat that threat. But efforts by conservatives to secure our borders have been met with much resistance, with opponents calling the threats overblown and in many cases racist. To put that warning into context: just recently an Iranian book celebrating suicide bombers was found in the Arizona desert by Border Patrol agents patrolling known smuggling routes near the Mexican border.

For years now, there has been an increase in OTMs (Other Than Mexicans) penetrating our border to the south, with sizable increases happening every year. FBI director Robert Mueller warned of this during his testimony to the House Appropriations Committee back in 2005:

>>>There are individuals from countries with known al-Qaeda connections who are changing their Islamic surnames to Hispanic-sounding names and obtaining false Hispanic identities, learning to speak Spanish, and pretending to be Hispanic.<<<

The Mexican government is struggling to survive the chaos and anarchy that is sweeping the nation because of vast corruption and the drug cartels. The government has no interest in curbing the flow of illegal immigration north, since remittances from Mexicans in the U.S. to their family members back home total $25 billion a year and account for 3% of Mexico's GDP. Neither do they have the time nor the resources to make any effective effort to control who is crossing their border with the U.S., which makes it a prime area for terrorists looking to enter this country unnoticed.

We have to congratulate the dedicated men and women of the U.S. Border Patrol for capturing Said Jaziri. But considering the situation in Mexico and our unaddressed border issues, we have to wonder: how many Said Jaziris have made it into the U.S. undetected?"

Iran’s American Networks
from FrontPage Magazine » FrontPage by Ryan Mauro

The Iranian regime has extended its tentacles into the American homeland, covertly acquiring weapons technology, sources of funding and building terrorism-supporting networks. This gives Iran the ability to bring any war home to the U.S. if the regime decides its time to attack the “Great Satan” on its own shores.

Last month, three were arrested in Texas for using their Portland-based charity to transfer $1.8 million to the Iranian government with the help of Hezbollah. Donors had been led to believe that their money would help enroll children in schools in Afghanistan, Indonesia and Iran. In June, a couple was arrested in Ohio after they were recorded telling an FBI informant of their plan to finance Hezbollah with up to half a million dollars. One of the suspects even traveled to Lebanon to advance the plot.

Iran and Hezbollah also have a significant number of supporters in the U.S. In September, dozens of demonstrators celebrated “Al-Quds Day” in Washington D.C, some while hoisting Hezbollah flags. One of the speakers was Imam Abolfazl Bahram Nahidian from Manassas, V.A. who has long been tied to the Iranian regime. He proclaimed that 9/11 was “not done by Muslims” and was a “plot of the Zionists” to “occupy the land of the Muslims.” From 2004 to 2005, Imam Nahidian’s mosque received $200,000 from the Alavi Foundation that has had its assets frozen by the Treasury Department for acting as a front for Iran. Another speaker, Kaukab Siddiqi, said Muslims must work to “dismantle Israel if possible by peaceful means.”

Last year’s “Al-Quds Day” also saluted Hezbollah and was managed by Faheem Darab, a member of Fairfax County’s Department of Planning and Zoning. Speakers openly called for the “destruction, the annihilation, and the utter dismemberment of the State of Israel” and spoke of “another intifada.” A representative of Viva Palestina openly supported the wing of Hamas responsible for terrorist attacks, Izz ad-Din al-Qassam.

The extent of Hezbollah’s presence in the U.S. is very worrisome. When Steve Emerson, the executive-director of the Investigative Project on Terrorism, was asked in 2006 whether Hezbollah or Al-Qaeda posed a greater threat, he said that “Hezbollah has got a greater network, much, much, more elaborate…I would think potentially Hezbollah can wreak a lot more damage if they chose to attack the United States within the continental borders.” His organization says there have been over a dozen cases of individuals in the U.S. materially supporting Hezbollah since 1994.

Hezbollah has even greater capabilities in Europe. German intelligence believes there are about 900 of the group’s members in its country alone. The group has also shown that it is not altogether opposed to carrying out attacks in the West. Hezbollah tried to mark the one-year anniversary of the assassination of Imad Mughniyeh by attacking an Israeli site in Europe. The plot was foiled but few details have been publicized except that Hezbollah sought to leave minimal fingerprints behind.

Constitutional Crisis II:

White House insider warns of dire consequences from eligibility issue

Evidence is growing that the White House is so sensitive about stories in the media concerning the issue of Presidential eligibility that reporters have been warned of dire consequences if they merely ask questions about the subject.

A White House insider has reported that the subject is so highly sensitive that reporters must 'tread softly' and 'be very careful' if they dare delve into Obama's background.

There is also information that suggests mainstream media sources now have all of the facts about the issue but intend to go on the offensive in protecting Obama at all costs. In the insider's own words,

Can’t respond much at this time. Too busy with all of the chaos coming at us these days. May be out of work soon! Crazy stuff. Simply urge you to lay off the birther angle at this time. Strongly urge. To proceed is at your own peril. Please take warning seriously. This is not a small town cop shop situation here. Let someone else try and make name on this one.

Don’t blame you as it was me who brought up subject last time. Since then heard repeated rumors/confirmations of attempted “purge” coming down the pike. WH/media going on the offensive bigtime on issue. Has already started as you probably know. Talking very specific, very confrontational, very scary stuff here. Don’t wish to drag you into that. Much bigger fish are circling this. They can survive what could be coming. Not sure about me. Let the big players handle this now. This thing will either break out big or disappear.

However, the bombshell evidence of the willingness of the Obama team to engage in threats and intimidation over the eligibility issue is encapsulated in a 2009 special report documenting outright media manipulation by the White House. According to the report,

...extremely sensitive investigative documents, including a stunning written admission by a nationally known talk show host stating that he was threatened with his career – or worse – should he talk about the issue of Barack Hussein Obama’s birth records to a national audience. This document was obtained on December 10, 2008, and provides explicit detail of a “gag order” imposed on this host before and immediately following the national election last November.

That, however, is only the tip of the iceberg. The report also contains this stunning admission by an administrative assistant within a major news network in New York:

From multiple interviews conducted within the last eight months, we have obtained information from other sources, independent of the above, who have also been instructed to avoid any discussion of the birth certificate issue at all costs, to wit:

The account of an administrative assistant employed in New York City by a cable network news station who provided significant, detailed information of a 2008 meeting between the top network executive and four-(4) well-known news anchors. This source confirmed that she drafted the memo to the various hosts to arrange notify them of the date, time and location of this high-level meeting at the request of the network’s top executive.

Present at this meeting, she verified that the network official issued “warnings” to the personalities “to avoid any on-air discussion of the birth place, eligibility, and news accounts of litigation compelling [Barack Hussein] Obama to produce a legitimate copy of his birth certificate.” She stated that the network executive had her arrange the conference immediately following a meeting “between [the network executive] and an attorney closely associated with candidate Obama who was acting on his behalf.”

The report goes further to indicate that not only were news reporters and talk show hosts pressured to withhold information under the threat of losing their jobs but that inherent in the threats was a subtle but distinct hint that any such dissemination of information could result in bodily harm or worse.

Fast-forward to January of 2011. A close friend of Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie, a veteran celebrity reporter by the name of Mike Evans, stated in a radio interview on January 19 that the Governor had initiated an extensive search of records that would prove Obama's eligibility, and that no such records could be found. But once the story of the allegations hit the news wires yesterday, Evans retracted everything he said by the end of the day on January 26.

Was Mike Evans threatened by someone either close to or within the Obama team?

There are no answers to that question at this time, but given the history of this issue, such a thing would fit a pattern established by those who were schooled in what is known as 'the Chicago way.'
