So as the news have published and Leo was right, I will write here again.

When Leo first put this news out, I contacted both sides and as I say'd then both sides don't know about it then. When Leo say'd, that the reason was unpaid license-fees, I was sure, that this can not be the reason, because Foresite sales was only few % of Centura sales. In my estimations, 60-70% of Centura sales is SQLBase, 20% tools and other is SQLHost and Foresite. So Foresite agreement cancelation is not making diffrences on earnings.
I'm strongly waiting the changement in high management, because current management are not understanding the technology. If they haved understand it, they never be messed this Foresite bussiness.
We studied here Foresite and Net Dynamics, so I will try to explain the diffrences between two technologies.
Foresite is emulating windows application screens to WEB, but because of differences of User Interface in WEB and Windows programs, programmer must write still special Foresite applications. So,in marketing this technology sounds good, but it does'nt work in real cases.
Net Dynamics is using the technology, that was introduced by Gupta in 1994 with Quick Objects. The idea is to build datasources and then You can build a Visulaisers for Windows and to WEB as standard HTML pages, using Wizards. So, if Centura allready had a progressive technology, I don't understand, why they haven't used it for WEB applications and messed this Infospinner business. The probable reason I think, was diffrent ambitions in Centura's management and lack of management understandings about technology.
For me, this news is good, because Centura is now in state, that they must decide, will they be using their own technology and continue tools businness.
If Leo is right about tools line termination(the only reason can be, that tools are now in my estimation 20% of sales and 50% of cost), I will be out as Roderick, because they don't sell applications components without the developers community and without tools, there won't be developers community. I hope, that even those financial gurus on current Centura's management, they must start to listen the technology from their own staff (Earl) or from their customers. News about Earl in management will give me hope about that and I really was angry to Leo for his strong recommendations to sell my investment and get rid of this company. This kind of recommendations does't help with stock price.
My hope for near Centuras businness will still be:
1. SQLBase sales increasing nearly every Q by OEM sales
2. Tomahawk release will at least double the tools sales.
3. There must be second run-time product, will it be Quest/WEB or will they use their own datasource-vizualisers technology with Quest/WEB, the choose is their own. Curently I started to market and sell Quest/WEB, because it was priced now, as I hoped.

Good news is, that my SQLBase sales is allready doubled in this Q and I will wait October and November TOP 20 Estonia'n software to be publish - will I beat MS-Windows NT server sales.
I will met the Centura's staff tomorrow in Finland, where they had good position some years ago and currently they are gathering the developers community again there.
