Very interesting report, Kenny....meanwhile I stepped up to get out of my garage door this morning. Which foretells nothing about the upcoming climate, but I did hear a prediction that we might return to the weather of the late 1970's. As in a return to actual snowy winters.......Either way, I don't want the government blowing more funds and wrecking industries over their wild ass schemes for more control of our personal lives.
