The JV definitions has not been established yet. Its still in the workings.

As for the scietific data, RNTK invites those who needs to have it defined call Dr. Chuck Benham at RNTK.

RNTKS reponse was that they have a working plant enroute that shoots out oil another end gas another end. A ready made plant that will work today, compare to others, which will take several years.

Abi: Thank you for the detailed assistance with the Nasdaq site. I had missed the scroll menu. The and/or question remains open dosen't it. However, I'll accept Mr. Schopenhauer's interpretation for now. I e-mailed Nasdaq asking for a complete set of published listing requirments. We'll see if I get anything.
